Service was good. However, needs maintenance. Example, when we were there, there was no hot water. Also, fleas in the bathrooms.

We were transit passengers , I just booked trough Make my trip. Economical in price, Airport pick up and drop in were prompt, rooms were clean. Only thing was, I had to pay for water, at least a bottle of water should be provided as compliment. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay at Mumbai
