Staff at the hotel was very courteous and helpful. Being centrally located all the engagements are easily done. I would recommend the hotel for your visits to Gwalior.

It was a very good experience in terms of location, customer delight, courtesy of staff, food and special requests as well as car parking and arrangement for driver stay. For the price paid the room and the facilities were quite good. Surprisingly the market place crowd and the din does not affect the rooms. Suggest that room facilities like heating, 24 hrs hot water etc., be improved even if that ends up in a slight increase in tariff.

Hotel Surbhi is very nice place to stay and it is under your budget. Situated at very main location of city and very near by to Jai Vilas Palace. Hotel Rooms are also good and food served was also nice and at very affordable cost. In an all it is good place to stay.

Nice Experience, comfortable Stay. It's clean and the staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. They really would do anything for us. It's not far from the train station at all, and you can walk down the road to market on the street. The food at the hotel is pretty good too. Overall I was happy with my experience here, would recommend it.

The hotel was not as per expectation, though the manager tried his best to help, the infrastructure was not in place. It was winter and the rooms should have had running hot water 24 hrs.

Was worth the money spent. Can get cheaper places but not on net. Nice to see such a small place equipped with online reservation facility. Nice hospitality, I always prefer places with people with smiles on their faces and that what I got here. The location was good, easy transportation available for various places. Place was clean, clean bedsheets, nice LCD Television, clean rooms, etc.
