Very good hotel for budget conscious people,truly value for money.

The hygiene is very bad . The hotel refused to serve breakfast as included during booking, used bed sheets are provided, the travel desk is extremely bad, my worst experience with all hotels of the world. My kid got ill due to the dust and dirt accumulated , the cutlery is provided without plate and placed on table, even do not provide paper napkins with food ordered. In all aspect it is a disaster.

Experience was not so good. Since the location is in front of the sea but it is least possible to get a room facing the sea...Room rates are very high compared to the prices..to get a room facing the sea you have to pay a huge amount which is not worth for the money.Rooms are not so clean..Toilets dont have exhaust..Bedsheets and pillows are not changed untill asked...floors of the rooms are muddy.While booking a cab for local sight seeing it is adviseable to book it outside the hotel as you are never told that u have to pay for the food as many times as the driver eats.Parking also have to be paid by you and later you are being told that hill charges of Rs-150 per site has also to be paid by you.

Don't book this hotel. Instead you can book AC hotel for the same money.

The hotel is being maintained by less staff and not in a position to cater to the needs of the occupants, The staff is not giving correct information about the sight visits, though the charges are being very heavy. The restaurant is not providing the required items. The Hot water is not being provided at any time. The news paper is also not provided even after asking.

I think, except the location, everything else is wrong. The entrance is bad. The resturant is understaffed, not classy at all. dosent have inclusive breakfast. beds are uncomfortable, linen dirty. should cost < 1000 rs per day.

Very good location - on the beach. Was a good hotel once. There is lack of maintenance. Rooms are not very clean. Does not deserve 3 star status.

The Hotel Supreme location is very good. Just in front of the sea shore at RK Beach. But not all rooms have sea view. Our room had a partial side view of sea. We could see more the other building and their antenas than the sea. The standard Non AC room had a strong musty smell and the toilet was very poor. Shower was leaking but they changed it as soon as we requested. I request to change the room to one in the other side of the building but the Manager told me there were no rooms available to change. All the staff could hardly understand English or speak. It was a problem the communication with them. Services in general were very bad. Complimentary breakfast was not clearly explained to us when we did the check-in but finally clarified that it was 75 ruppees per day per person for the breakfast. The bedsheets and towels were very old and torn off. On second day there was no hot water in the hotel, they provided us buckets with hot water, really a shame! It is not worth its price!
