The hotel is very close to Mumbai International Airport but the approaching roads are bad. The hotel was too cramped and looked more like a shanty motel. The room size was very small and smelt bad (though the room service people sprayed some room freshener later). I somehow managed as I had to spend only 4 hours at night at that place. I reached the airport earlier than planned so that I can better wait there rather than staying at the hotel.

I think that there was lack of service and also it was not value for money No Airport pick up or drop facility was given despite of the promise that was made to us.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Staff is useless. Services are of poor standard.
