Value for money, located close to the railway ststion and golden temple

The hotel is ideally located adjacent to the railway station on Queens Road Amritsar. Very warm welcome and hospitality. Rooms condition is excellent and provided Super Deluxe facilities at lowest price. Could not ask for anything more at this budget.

To me, this hotel is just an old infrstructure standing at a vantage point in the city. The maintenance of the facilities, and the services levels leave much to be desired. Of particulalry poor level is the cleanliness aspect.

Hotel was good. But staff was not polite and they were not helping by any means. We had Bad Tea in our Inclusions of booking. Then also they take extra charge for the same.

The location was good, near to railway station. Rest all was OK except geyser was leaking and we could get only warm water.

The hotel staff was very cooperative and arranged for the room as soon as I reached there with no hassles. Curtains required cleaning. However the other linen items were neat and clean. Found the stay to be very comfortable.
