I am really happy with this deal of hotel because nearest to railway station, location is good, food quality very good and value for money I say.

The hotel is certainly a value for money. Appreciable services from the staff, immediate response to room service calls. The managers had extended extensive support for local sightseeing, and luggage management even after checkout. Friendly and cordial attitude and behaviour towards the guests at the hotel. I'll book the same hotel for my next visit to Amritsar.

Everything is fine except for the noisy air-conditioner (due to window frame that could have been rectified) and non-functional fridge (due to absence of power supply to fridge). The hotel charges heavily if a cab is booked through them. Food at their restaurant is expensive.

Hotel was over all good and even the food. The only thing I would like to improve would be hospitality of service boys in hotel. They should be pleasing enough and not push or open the door immediately after ringing door bell or delivering any order. People sometime forget to lock and may not be comfortable if someone open to door without your permission.
