Hotel Suncity Residency Reviews, Mumbai

Firstly when i reached the airport and told the taxi driver to drive me to Sun City Residency, we went thru narrow lanes and busy places and thought we might have been cheated. But the experience was amazing when we stepped into the hotel. Nice LCD with a great loo and complimentary welcome drink and breakfast was amazing which was complimentary too. The staff were too cordial and were awesome. There is a free complimentary dropping to the airport too which when I asked for at the reception, the cab was ready in like a couple of minutes. The location of the hotel was perfect. Overall the trip was awesome and we had a great time staying there.

Housekeeping is pathetic. They are very uneducated guys in the hotel. The restaurant entertains goons in the evenings and me and my wife could hardly have a peaceful sleep. We were worried whole night someone might break into our room. The airport pickup was pathetic. They made us wait for 1 hour. They didnt even apologize for the delays. The staffs are not even friendly. I had to stay in this hotel since I needed a place near to the airport for following days early morning flight.
