The location was good and staff was helpful.

Hotel is located in a narrow pathway where no car is allowed so local rickshawwalla will find you a good prey to reach to the destination.I hired a car for the local sightseeing through the hotel but it was a worst experience because on the second day it broke down in the mid way and we have to reach the hotel by our own means and on the returning day it almost managed to miss our flight from dehradun. But by god's grace we reached the Airport at the last moment.Oh God!what a horror show despite paying money in advance.

Electrical accessories needs replacement.Room telephone was dead.

From value for money point of view this hotel was good. However, the manager's attitude was not good. I had booked a 3 bed room but never provided with 3 bed room. Offered to put additional cost, but hardly any space for it. On car arrangement the manager tried to do fraud with me and asked for extra money which I gave. Though, all other hotel staff and the car driver are very pleased with us. Only for stay I recommend but no dealing with the manager and book for 2 bed room only. Do not pay extra in the name of 3 bed room.

Rooms were good, food was good, but there was penetration of insects from the doors and windows clearance which needs to be taken care of.

It is not a star hotel. Rent is quite high as compared to same standard hotel.

Very good location. Har ki Pauri and Moti Bazar at the door step. Very near to railway station. Hotel rooms are traditional but excellent. Foods available in the hotel are like home and at moderate rate. Room service very good. Manager very cordial behaviour. Overall in three days stay, we felt like a home away from home.
