Hotel's water heater not working,they supplied hot water inbucket,hotel is far from market,and children below 5 were also charged extra.

Really it was a good experience to stay on Hotel Sunpark. Service was just outstanding. We reach there around 2.30 am but service was just like a day time. They never feel tired to serve us at night time even. If I will go again in Manali. I will stay there only. Night duty was taken care by lalsang and day time with Jaychand.. Great people both of them.

Everything was just perfect for our stay. It was the best experience I ever had with any hotel so far. We were treated royally and felt staying in a 5 star hotel. The staff was very courteous and felt like home there. Whenever I will visit Manali again hotel sun park will be my first choice always. Also amazing tea and food they served was just like like cherry on ice cake. We stayed in an honeymoon suite and it was just the perfect room for any couple..Sun park was just amazing.

Good hotel with all amenities but they wonÂ’t provide mosquito repellant in rooms. Food is also good. Hotel charged tax on their actual rate on per day basis rather charging it on total bill paid to make my trip. Since tax is not too high its ok.

Beside the Rooms, resturant services / room services were pathetic / disco is available but always close & they have excuse that it will open tomorrow......... horrible experience.

This hotel is good for one night stay. The longer you stay, the worst service you will face.

The hotel is located in the beautiful place and my room was excellent where I had 2 side full view of natural beauty which I liked a lot. Rooms were spacious and clean.
