Hotel Sukhsagar Regency Reviews, Shimla

The first impression of the hotel, room and the valley view was awesome and the services fast except for cleaning. During my complete stay except for the morning room cleaning there was no one to clean the room despite my repetitive asking for the same.

This hotel is 6KM drive from main mall.Location of the Hotel is good, primarily considering the view .If your want a peaceful resort in Shimla, this one is the best option for you. Services are not so great. 1)There was a fan mounted on the wall of my room (Honeymoon Sweet-although I am married from last 12 years). The fan was creating a lot of noise and I informed about this twice at the reception. The only reply I received was ‘We are looking into the matter’. I really wonder what exactly were they looking into, which was never resolved. 2)I requested them to get my car cleaned, for which they asked for Rs.50/-, for me this was new. 3)I ordered dinner and after 15min I was informed that the particular dish is not available. When asked that why this was not informed initially, the staff started blaming the order taker.
