Average hotel.

Not satisfactory.Poor services.

Hotel staff were not co-operative. Had to change my room thrice during 3 days of stay. Breakfast was limited with only one item, no tea included in breakfast.

No geyser in room no breakfast and sufficient staff to provide room sevice

They were unknown about our booking. After reaching there they started looking for room etc .

Nice, but room service is pretty bad.

Very poor service, late response. No dust bin and dust pad. We need to ask for each and every small things

Hotel is situated about 2 kms from the temple and main market. TWO TRIPS BY AUTO WILL COST YOU ABT RS 300, I PAID RS 900 FOR A DBR NON/AC. IN RS 1200 ON CAN GET A GOOD A/C DBR NEAR THE TEMPLE. THERE WAS NO DUSTBIN, CLOCK OR BED LIGHTS. HOTEL EXPECTS YOU TO USE BLANKETS EVEN IN JUNE. THERE WERE NO SINGLE BEDSHEETS PROVIDED. RATES OF FOOD ITEMS ARE OF UNAFFORDABLE BY A NORMAL FAMILY. APLATE OF SALAD IS RS 25. KATORI DAL IS RS 20. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS NOT FIT FOR CONSUMPTION. EXAMPLE IDLI IS SERVED WITH POTATO & MUTTER SABZI ( FULL OF WATER). SAVING GRACE IS THAT ROOM HAD BALCONY WHERE ON COULD WASH CLOTHES. ROOM BOYS ARE ALL UNDER 18 YRS BUT ACTIVE. ROOM SERVICE WAS QUICK. NOT RECOMMENDE FOR PEOPLE COMING FROM NORTH.

Although no restorant attached to hotel, room service was quite prompt. Staff was very cordial & helpful. It was value for money hotel. We stayed for 4 days but toiletaries & bed sheet were never changed. We shall love to stay there again.

Not professionaly managed. There is no resturant attached to the hotel, and the quality of food brought in by the room service from other eateries is horrible.
