No house keeping, bad geasure, no exhaust in bath room, power cuts was continue.

Best hotel if you are planning to book it only for the purpose of rest during your journey.

Service is not good may be because of off season

No fan facility and full of insects in room and not worth of room rent paid by me.

Geyser not working & intercom not in order, room service late

I was given a deal of INR 1100/- This hotel does not deserve even INR 500/- Why? - The room offered to me was very small without a fan or other ventilation. - Just because I had booked the room online he gave me the room on 4th floor (top floor) and the hotel does not have a lift. - We checked-in at 10:00 PM (i.e. 10 hours late). He got the room cleaned only after we reached there. - The breakfast hall is like a store room. I had breakfast included in my package. He got his stinking store room cleaned after we asked for breakfast. He ordered milk after we started our breakfast. We did not have the time to wait for another 30 mins for tea. - The hotel is almost 1.5 to 2 kms from the mall road. Auto will charge you upto INR 70/- for a one way trip. Overall, the hotel rooms are not maintained, the service is not pro-active and not the best location. You would get many better hotels in much better location in almost the same tariff (even if they are not offered online). I definitely do not recommend this hotel!

As per my experience the hotel people can serve better in: 1. Room service 2.Staff boys working their are looking into the rooms 3.No proper room Maintainace 4. Rooms out their are giving bad smell and for the reason i was been changed the room twice 5.geyser to be maintained in working condition 6. switch boards out there are coming out of the room ., hi risk of electric shock and i further complained regarding this but nothing was solved in room no 103

Old hotel, not maintained. bathrooms not clean. Soap and towels not provided unless demanded. not clear with the free breakfast menu. Staff courteous. Ideally located and budget hotel. Improvement can be done.
