Bathroom condition is poor and defective sanitary system.

Definitely not value for money except in terms of closeness to the airport. The room is small, the sheet was dirty, tap was leaking. Staff is reasonably friendly and the restaurant is ok - not great but ok. A word of caution - there are no lifts and the stairs will be quite steep

The rooms look nothing like the photos uploaded on the site. The rooms are too tiny, the bathrooms are dirty, the bed sheets and towel are unwashed. Overall, a horrible experience! The restaurant was the only saving grace and the breakfast was good. I think the hotel can charge a few hundreds more and keep the rooms clean and tidy.

Room keeping and accomodation not upto the mark

As it did not have any lifts, it was hard for my Mother-in-law to get to room.

Service was very good as for this hotel standard. You only need to take a bus for Rs. 5 to get there from the terminal. However, the hotel did not offer me a free pick-up which was included on my makemytrip voucher!

A good hotel if you are only looking for an overnight stay and its proximity to airport and DLF malls makes it a good value for money. The TV in the room reminds you of old Doordarshan days and if you are lucky, then you will be provided with bathroom toileteries. Most importantly the size of the bed is small and tall people may face problem. The restaurant may disappoint with very high rates as everywhere. Overall its ok for a short stay.

Hotel charges money becasue it is close to the airport otherwise there is no value as such.
