Hotel Sree Murugan Reviews, Coimbatore

Sree Murugan is a value for money hotel situated at walking distance from the railway station.

As a whole the hotel is good with the accommodation and services.

Good.

A room was availed within 15 minutes at as late as 23 hours. Language barrier was faced by me as the staff was not in a position to follow English or Hindi and Tamil had no connection with my understanding. Reluctance for serving breakfast before 8 am was not proper as people may like to move early in the morning for Ooty or other tourist places nearby. Breakfast should not be hindrance in the schedule. Getting information about taxi charges also took about 30 minutes and asking for a newspaper in the room was also on the pretext that the same was meant for lobby. If attention is given on very petty things, the situation of the hotel is going to support the values one may get. By insisting for more one may get better services which, otherwise is the right of the guest.

Good & clean value for money hotel with helpful staff. But airport transfer is chargeable which needs specific mentioning. I assumed it is free.

Satisfactory, but needs a dinning room that would operate during lunch/dinner time.
