Hotel service is good but there should have complimentry travelling facility. Also food is good. Due to renovation work we got some disturbaces. rest is ok

Took seasonal fares for normal days@3times higher as on that day. Bad smell at rooms.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and willing to help with any of our questions.

The hotel was okay in all aspects other than the behavior of the manager. I mean, I have travelled so much but till now I have not come across any other person like that manager. He was so rude from starting to end that I can not explain. Last thing he had done was, we had booked the hotel for one day and after going to Darjeeling we planned to stay one more day. When I contacted manager for that, he said that the room you were staying in was then booked. So, I said give us some other room because we are here for very less time and in that time also now we will search other hotel it will be not feasible for us. But he denied and said that there was no room, which was totally wrong as the hotel was fully empty and he was giving up to 60% discount in room till one day before. So we were having no other option and we did checkout. After paying all the bills and completing formalities he said to me that I knowingly and intensely not given room to you. I was shocked by his behavior that time also. Secondly, There was no lift and Thirdly beware of the manager.

Super Deluxe room should be more spacious. There should be a provision of fan or air conditioner also. Room should be equipped with LCD TV. Hotel staffs are very polite and services are excellent. Quality of food is good and their charges are reasonable. Over all it was a good experience. Room charges should minimize until and unless suggestions are implemented.

The hotel is well situated in the midst of the heart of Darjeeling. The staff is very cooperative and well versed with room service. Shall surely make it my part of the trip in my next trip their.
