Good ambiance and great services!! Worth every penny.

It is nice small hotel with good service.

I was a bit sceptical about this hotel before booking a room. However, once I reached the hotel I was really happy with the quality of rooms and overall service levels. This hotel might not be all that flashy or famous but it is bang for the buck. Neat and well maintained, it does deserve kudos for great room service also.

I like the hotel very much. Staff at the desk were great and the rooms were absolutely to a five star standards for sure. Food at the restaurant was not that good and the breakfast was very basic. Location wise very good for the transit passengers. I enjoyed my stay for sure and would definitely recommend this hotel for sure. Anthony Pillai A very Happy Customer

Good and value for money

Room and Bathroom was absolutely clean and all furnishing and Towels are good. Staff responsive to your needs. Only thing I suggest to them is a better Breakfast spread out, There were only 2 - 3 Items which does not match to a 3 Star Hotel Standard.

From the beginning to end the stay was enjoyful. The standard of hotel is very good, hotel exterior view is not that good but the moment you enter the hotel it's really good. Service like hotel / airport pick and drop, food room service, towels beds tv everything is good. I would definitely recommend this for others. I enjoyed my one night stay before taking international flight. Feedback when customers enters to reception, a warm welcome asking how are you or smile would be nice.

Great for early morning departures from airport.

The hotel is very nice and modern, especially for a 3 star hotel in Mumbai. The hotel was fairly close to the airport and only takes more time because of traffic. The biggest problem I had with the hotel in regards to service was that there seemed to be a disconnect between the MakeMyTrip booking and the hotel's understanding of what I was paying for. I had purchased an extra bed for my kids to sleep on but the hotel had no record of this. As we checked in late in the evening I needed the bed immediately, but instead I found myself calling and recalling housekeeping and reception trying to get a bed. They would not give me a bed that they had no record I paid for and instead of simply giving me a mattress for my kids to go to sleep and solving the problem later, they continued to ask me to prove I had paid for the bed. I spent an extra 30 minutes trying to get the email confirmation to show them where I had purchased the bed. They cared more about money than the customer!
