The hotel is located at a very good location. Room and services are clean and convenient. We use the hotel regularly - recommend it for visiting folks at Shirdi anytime

The environment is excellent with a nice swimming pool, park etc.

Well maintained and very friendly service. Calm and peaceful ambiance. Truly a surprise finding quite amidst the chaos and crowd of the pilgrimage town.

This was my repeat stay with this hotel. I intend to use this hotel for all my future visits and would recommend this to all Sai Bhakts visiting Shirdi. Good food, good ambience, good service and a heartful stay. What else anybody would expect. This hotel has all amenities a four star hotel could have. Loved to stay here.

Hotel is nice but a new team has taken over the management which has ruined the charisma of this hotel had. 1) This hotel use to serve welcome drink 2) The Buffet use to be large and lavish. 3) There was no smile at welcome accept for Imran . 4) Resturant still has its Charisma they are better then front desk. Nice food

The hotel is conveniently located and has decent rooms. The decor is pleasing and facilities are largely ok. The tariffs, however, appear to be on higher side. The room-service menu is very limited and there is nothing called 24/7 menu. Though one can understand the imposed vegetarian menu, it is difficult to appreciate why one cannot get sumptuous veg stuffs. The buffet is again bland and sort of compulsory. There is only one restaurant and that too can provide only buffet meals. There is no coffee house.This doesn't justify its so-called 4-star status. Not a perfect value for money.

Except for the few flaws, the hotel deserves a perfect score 5 out 5, I wonder why it has been rated 3. The person at the reception should be trained in order to provide homely treatment to guest's. Rest everything was above our expectation. The service was superb and so were the pool attendants and other staff. Food was expensive was excellent. On the whole, I would love to stay in the same hotel on my next visit !

They take customers for granted. I felt that things are over priced. Customer care provided is very poor. Few receptionists didn't even bother to her our grievance. Food was good but expensive.

I have stayed at the other hotels in Shirdhi earlier. Some of them were good but lacked the peaceful ambience that I experienced at Hotel Shraddha Inn. The overall stay was a very pleasant one and the staff were also very helpful. The breakfast buffet was indeed very good. I was also impressed with the hotel providing over-night facilities for the drivers at a good price. Overall value for money and recommend the hotel for a great stay in Shirdhi.
