Very poorly managed.

The location of the hotel is its USP. I wonder how is this hotel a 4 star. The room , services and food don't exceed a 3 rating. Room had old furniture, was cramped too.

They have to improve the dining services

The fountain makes quite a noise to disturb your sleep at night. TV channels are loaded with either regional or hindi. No English news channel are available during the period.

Make mytrip had to intervene to allot us room as officers at hotel were not aware of our booking. We wasted more than 20 minutes in the process.

Dinner offered by the hotel was excellent. But the construction work going on at hotel and the old rooms made the stay unsatisfactory.

Good hygeine maintained, well located. Food was very tasty.

The best part of the hotel was its location. It is situated in the posh Sector 17, just adjacent to the main market place. The Inter State Bus Terminus is also within walking distance. We were first alloted the standard room, which was very disapointing. We then shifted to a Semi Deluxe Room which was a large room with a balcony. The room decor was not very new and the bed was shaky. The hotel toiletries were also just average. The air conditioning was not working properly and we had to call the maintenance people. I think the hotel can do more to the interiors, furniture and decor of the rooms.
