The hotel management's top priority is letting their property for marriage functions. We became the victims of the erratic power cuts and the hotel management was not ready to allot the generator for us. Food quality was pathetic. They have served stale rice.

I booked 2 rooms for my family ( one for myself and my wife and other for children) but we were given the rooms which were widely spaced from one another ( #205 and 211). The worst part was that after checking in at about 12.30 or so when we wanted to take a shower,the water in the cold water tap was also boiling hot! You can imagine the plight of a guest ready to bath, being showered with literally boiling water coming out from cold water tap. The condition was same in both the rooms. The food was awful. It was full of oil and spices. AC in my room no 205 was not working and the grill of AC in #211 was broken making it impossible to adjust the air flow.The rom service was awful and in order to really know the condition of the Hotl one has to to seek the Customer Comments book. I could not find even a single positive comment in 5-6 pages which I went though. The GM and MD were not available for lodging complaint.
