Location
The hotel is situated just next to the Juhu beach and the domestic airport is 8 kilometres from the hotel and the international airport is 13 kilometres away from the airport.The lobby is brightly lit with glass windows fitted along the sitting area providing a clear view of the parking area and the sea beyond it.

Facilities and Services
The hotel has 3 main Conference Halls namely Chancellor, New Regal and Crystal Room. The Chancellor can be divided into 2 parts of 50 and 80 pax accordingly while the New Regal can accommodate 250 people. The Crystal is a biggish room ideal for weddings and larger gatherings with a chandelier lights to brighten up the room. There is a huge open area next to the pool surrounded by palm trees, which is used for outdoor parties. Besides this, the hotel has a Health Club with a gymnasium, steam, sauna, shower and massage.

Room Amenities
Built in 1988, the hotel boasts of 109 excellently maintained rooms divided into Deluxe rooms and Suites. The Deluxe rooms are beautifully decorated with a master or a twin bed, sofa set, mini bar, snacks, electronic console, tea coffee maker, carpeted floors, cupboard with sliding doors and sensor lights, safe bathrobe and slippers. These rooms also have a flat screen television fitted on the wall with sensors so that whenever the guest receives a call, the television gets automatically muted! These hi-fi facilities compliment the equally stocked bathroom, which has a bath tub, electronic shaving kit, soap, shower cap, brush, toothpaste, shampoo, gel, mirror and phone. The Rang Mahal or President Suite is done in authentic Jaipur style with the walls decorated with Rajasthani carvings, a swing inside the rooms, steel/metal (a kind of Rajasthani filigree work) low lying sofa, ornate dining table and chair and a beautiful low lying bulb. The television is kept in an ornate silver stand much like the work in the dining table set. The cupboard doors are also in sync with the rest of the decor and have traditional painting done on it. The bathroom has a tub, and exotic facilities like foam bath, face wash, talcum powder, shampoo, moisturizer, shaving kit, dental kit, hair oil, electronic shaver, weighing machine, bath robes and mirror. There are 4 suites in all namely Azure Fantasy, Viceroy Fantasy and Presidential Fantasy, each done in a distinct theme/style.

Dining
The dining facilities are all enclosed towards the inner side in the lobby level. The Orient restaurant (30-35 pax) is a standing example of fine dining and with the everyday Ghazals coupled with the hookahs make dining a pleasurable experience. The Ark Bar (30-35 pax) open from 6:30 pm is reminiscent of old pirate ships that make drinking a memorable experience. The Princess Lounge is a 24 hours coffee shop with an elegant decor serving multi-cuisine food for breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner. The Lagoon is the poolside bar, where one can take a dip in the pool and sip their cocktail or mocktail.
