First of All, the Hotel is not at present a star Hotel. The 3* status had been withdrawn more than 4-5 years back. The house keeping is not good. The refrigerator was not working in the room. The breakfast was supposed to be included in my package but it was not given. When enquired the hotel's receptionist, they told it is not included in package. The location of the hotel is very bad. Hardly 1 car can pass at a time through the front road of the hotel.

The management should take the guest responsibility. They have charged 100 Rs for breakfast. But that was not that much good enough.

Extremely poor maintenance and condition of the rooms. Completely dilapidated infrastructure. Food quality is good but costly. Overall it is not at value for money.

Quality of food should be improved.

Llocation wise the hotel is good,you can see sea from your room. Service is good,food quality was also good.

I found the hotel satisfactory if a little overpriced. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff on welcome and given a room with a full view of the sea on the top floor. The service from the house keeping restaurant service was very warm and quick. The food from the restaurant was quite good. Especially, the pomfret masala. I am an NRI and would certainly recommend this hotel to all NRIs and Resident Indians who value their precious money without supressing their wanderlust.

Inspite of unique location & stunning room this Hotel will lost its reputation due to ghastly housekeeping.

I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel. Zero maintenence, conditions of the rooms are pathetic, everything is so bad starting from drinking water to toilet that its difficult for me to explain. Anyway, a horrible experience!

Now Sea Coast is almost dead.

Unplanned. No lift. Quality of tea is pathetic. Bed linen and towels uncleaned. Carpet uncleaned. Water filter unhygenic. Kitchen unhygenic. Reception staff(night) poorly trained.
