Hotel SDC Pride Reviews, Jaipur

The location of the hotel is very good. Its centrally located. No doubt the overall condition of the hotel was good however there room service was very bad. The room in which I stayed there Geyser was not working and they did not have any provision to get it fixed.

Room condition was bad...for every small thing i havd to call service guys..but overall location is good..

Hotel is definitely at prime location. McDonalds, KFC, Yo China, Pizza hut nearby. 2 kms. from bus station. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Nice experience. Location was really good. Though the hotel atmosphere seemed to be dull, but overall experience was too good and would surely prefer to stay at this hotel again.

Hotel SDC Pride has recently been renovated. We stayed in Super Deluxe room, and they were very specious and clean. The hotel location is also good, it is stone throw distance from Famous Rajmandir Cinema. There is big McDonald eatery near to it. Hotel has good restaurant Ceremony, that serves good vegetarian food. Areas of Improvement: one room had window AC with tin shade, so when it rained heavily in night it created loud sound and we had difficulty in sleeping. The restaurant and reception staff are not very warm and are not customer oriented. However, exception was Mr. Rahul Gupta (hotel sales manager) who took extra effort to arrange sightseeing cabs for us, and inquiring for our comfort.

The hotel is located in the prime spot of Jaipur, but one bad thing I did not like about the hotel is there is a public open urinal attached to the hotel! Are you supposed to have one near a 3 star hotel? Bound to get smells every time you get out of the hotel. Room was very good and well maintained, but geyser in my room was not working. Staff was ok, but lousy at times, three times I asked for water, I had to call twice, and third time I did not get it even after three times of calling. Restaurant was veg and needs bigger menu, and food was not also good. Two paneer dishes I ordered, they were below average. Overall, for rooms and location this hotel is recommended, but not for food and hotel services.

The three day trip was an awesome one with the hotel staff being extremely cooperative. They showed us the rooms available and which were in a pretty good condition. The newspaper arrived on time, room cleanliness was well looked after and the man at the reception, Shravan was very well-behaved. I seriously recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to live in the heart of the city, inclusive of good ambiance and hospitality. The makemytrip.com's pictures posted on the website is just what the hotel is all about.

Everything was excellent, the hotel needs to add a couple of more delicacies to the menu which would really help, great location, nice rooms, the only bad experience that I had was when I asked the guy at the reception for the bill, he refused, and asked me to pay the restaurant bill. Apart from that it was a pleasurable experience. Thanks.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. It has just recently been renovated. Rooms are clean, air conditioning is good and there is also minibar in the room. Restaurant is good too. Stayed here for couple of days and the service was good. The only hitch is that restaurant serves only veg. food and there is no bar in the hotel.

The hotel is situated at the best possible location in Jaipur, i.e. next to Raj Mandir, which is the epicentre of Jaipur. Food is excellent, rooms are very nice. Staff is very courteous. The only concern I felt there was restaurant service, which was a bit lousy at times, but that can definitely be considered compensated by their fantastic food. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family stay.
