Good to stay with very good food and service. Will surely recommend

The hotel was very dirty and I don't believe I was given a deluxe room. The hotel also seemed to have no record of my reservation but did give me a room due to the confirmation I produced.

Perhaps its the small town Jabalpur Complex or the contrast to a fantastic stay at Bandhavgarh that made the contrast stark. The room was clean to begin with and the view wasn't much. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. The tub was cracked and in the two days I had yet to get hot water. The two things that really stood out for me was that someone knocked and tried to open my door at night and as a single female travelling that was scary. And I got a call at 6 am asking if I was checking out despite filling up the record and the details of my stay.

Brown spots--maybe we walked into a summer camp rather than a hotel? Anyway we asked the hotel for clean sheets and new pillows that were thicker than pancakes. In about 5 minutes we had 2 more pillows the thickness of thick pancakes and the sheets were just as grey and spotted as the others. Based on these experiences, we would not recommend this hotel without a disposition for enjoying a more camp type atmosphere. Our recommendation is simply to put fresh paint on the walls and buy new linens and pillows—this will transform one's experience. Thank you for inviting feedback on this hotel.
