Hotel Sarin Inn Reviews, Varanasi

There is no customer focus. The front desk folks are not trained on how to handle customer concerns. We got to know that this hotel is undertaken by UP Govt. and we don't have any choice. I booked for 2 rooms, one semi deluxe and one deluxe. The deluxe room was given beside the urinal of the bus stand which is located just beside the hotel. Lot of dust and sound pollution was there round the clock.

Everything was good except the fact they dont have Genset for running AC if there is power cut off, which happened with me. The AC in my room was also not having enough cooling. Other wise the room and other amenities were good. Staff was good and cooperative.

Its a very basic facility hotel and not at all value for money. There are many better options at little higher tariffs.
