Ok for an overnight stay. No restaurant. Serve breakfast in room after 9.30 am only which is not very convenient.

The USP of Hotel Sapphire is its location. It's so close to Golden Temple that you can actually leave your shoes in the hotel and walk barefoot for 'Darshan'. From the terrace of the hotel you can see the entire temple complex. I have never seen such a fantastic view of Golden Temple. The hotel in itself is pretty decent and value for money.

The hotel was just okayish. The room was tiny and there wasn't place to breathe. Washrooms were dirty and lacked basic amenities. Staff didn't seem too friendly too. Overall there are better places to stay there at this price.

Clean tiny rooms. Hotel staff could be more helpful in arranging transport facilities. No radio AC meter taxis allowed near the hotel (1 km away). Wonderful location adjacent to temple. Avoid ground floor rooms as lobby noise can be heard in the night.
