Very impressive and clean room where we stayed. Decent staff including gopall, the gentleman who sits in the reception. Very flexible thinking as since i stayed for 1-2 hours more than the check-out time, they did not charge me. I have already spread the good word about Sapna. I suppose the top management of this hotel would be very good since the middle & lower management relflects such kind of maturity, patience and respect.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. For those who are looking for budget category hotels , this could be the excellent choice. Very nice people. Very nice & prompt service. Rooms are very clean. Value for money.

The Best Feature is that every Room has a wall clock. This is unique. No other Hotel in India provides this. Same is the case in Europe & USA, as well. Simple thing, but has a lot of value. You feel at Home! We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Very courteous. Will never hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is very well-located and highly convenient being surrounded by wide range of retail outlets and eating joints. The palce is well connected to most parts of the city. Hotel staff is genuinely concerned for the comfort of thier guests and is very decent and hospitable. The stay is very safe and secure for the guests. Breakfast and meals are delicious. Cleanliness of rooms are ensured by the staffs. It is like home away from home. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

This is an excellent / value for money hotel, bang in the Pune's heart very close to all the major transportation hubs. The hotel staff is very helpful and caring. The room service is excellent. The variety of food is excellent as lots of eateries are located close by. You get everything fresh and pure including air as there is a beautiful garden adjacent to the hotel. Worth the stay and for the money.

Excellent rooms...when I gave all 5ves I mean it... hmm only the TV was not working as the cable was not plugged, but I can tolerate that as the room was clean, the beds were warm comfy...the bathrooms, clean and neat.

The hotel provides very good ambiance, very nice services as well as hospitable staff. The breakfast is excellent and complete value for money. The location is perfect with other facilities and stores nearby. Perfect for staying where you need to go out to the city frequently. Adequate lighting and aura. Hot water gives problems some times but it is managable.

This hotel fit into our limited budget, and to be honest we weren't expecting too much from it. When we got to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised - and that would be an understatement. Wooden flooring, flat screen large TV, working and noiseless ACs and spotlessly clean loos. Also the staff was awesome - both at the desk as well as the room service/housekeeping guys. They catered to our requests without a fuss and went out of their way to help us out. My friend left his laptop in the room, although we warned him not to and when we came back, the room was cleaned and the laptop was kept back on the bed where it had been left. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family travelling to Pune.

The Sapna Executive hotel is a very practically oriented property and truly meets the description of the word 'Executive'. It is located at a convenient business district and yet does not have the hustle and bustle of a busy starred hotel. Located on the top two floors of a shopping complex, it is ideally nondescript for someone interested in keeping his visit to Pune efficiently disturbance-free. Yet, there is a dedicated parking space. The location is awesome: You wake up to the sweet chirping of birds in the adjacent Sambhaji Park. THe telephone has a very effective wake-up call system and bed tea is available any time with a smile. The auto driver from the station/airport hits the bulls eye if you tell them Sambhaji Park and Deccan. Here you get a hassle-free check in; make hassle free, not too expensive, STD calls and when you check out even early morning, the bell boy runs about in the street to catch an auto-rickshaw for you. What are the targets for a busy executive visiting Pune for a few days on a budget? 1.Comfortable, noiseless, undisturbed sleep 2.Fresh wake-up with a cup of tea to alert your system 3.Catch up with the news/aerobics/yoga/devotional songs on the TV 4.A good place for a quick jog, if interested, in a pollution/noise/dog-free park 5. A spacious, well lit toilet-bath with an exhaust fan and fresh toels/soap/shampoo + hot water 5.A reminder for breakfast and a good breakfast because you may have to miss lunch 6.Return back, tired, to find a clean room and a nice-smelling dry bathroom 7.A choice of meals/ice cream of many varieties nearby without a tiresome walk. I wanted to do web check-in for my return flight and the front office people gladly allowed me a print-out. My only complaint: the papaya at breakfast was not ripe. They should have thrown it away and served a better one.

This is the best location in Pune. The hotel staff were very courteous all from the front desk to the room service boys. Even though the room had little old paint but the I would rate very high in their courtesy and services. Whole staffs were very attentive to smallest of our requirements. The breakfast could have been better.

It was a great pleasure while I stayed at Hotel Sapna Executive. The room and the facilities provided by the hotel are above my expectation and given value for money. On the other side, the hotel has limited parking place which made me uncomfortale while parking my car. Another thing for improvement is the beakfast area. Though breakfast is good, it has limited seating capacity.

The Hotel Sapna Executive's location is a perfect one. It's easy to locate for any guest coming by airline or rail route. The staff's humbleness starting from reception to room service, all are up to the mark. In a nutshell, an excellent service design.

It is located right in the busy area of Pune. But still it is tranquil. Service was good. Morning breakfast was sumptous and lavish.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are in very good condition and very clean. Towels are not very clean. Free Wi-Fi is an excellent value-add. Even for a double room, only one set of coffee/tea material is made available and an extra set is expensive (Rs.30). The breakfast was reasonable and had good variety (uthappam, idli, uppma, sandwich, cornflakes, fruit, coffee/tea). The neighbourhood of the hotel is not very clean and one can see from the room window, backyards with junk. I cannot blame the hotel for this. The restaurant (Mayur) did not look very impressive and we did not eat there. There is enough number of very good and reasonably priced restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Hotel was neat and clean. Good room and laundry services. But some of the hotel staff were insensitive to guest's comfort! For example, they continued loud hammering just in the room above ours even after requesting to stop it.

The hotel is nice upkeep wise. However, there is no restaurant. Waiters bring you food from a nearby only veg restaurant and the food is as available as made basis - you cannot have any choice. Like I was refused finger chips because it takes a long time to fry. Staff are pretty well behaved. Rooms are very well maintained. Bathroom is neat and clean and all linen are changed daily. However, parking can be a problem - I took a Innova from Bombay and had to waste 40 min on the first day to take it out.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near to the railway station, bus station and the airport. I have been to the hotel 3 times now... Here goes my observations: Plus points: A rich buffet breakfast, which includes lot of different cuisines. The room conditions are good, they are clean and well maintained. So, overall a good value for money. Minus: Room service is good, but sometimes it is sloppy. There is no response for a long time. Otherwise it is ok. Check-in and check-out time is 12 am - 12 pm. It is not very flexible.

I was in Pune for the first time. That too for an exam, so I had a lot of apprehensions. After my hotel booking I spoke to the hotel staff to clarify the location. They were so helpful and assured me all help and a smooth stay, which they really gave when I was staying there. Being located in a posh and central area, it made my travel and getting around very easy. Looking forward to staying at Sapna during my next visit to Pune.
