Sangam Hotels - Tiruchirapalli Reviews, Tiruchirapally

The hotel receptionist informed that their list do not show my name and they have not received intimation from Makemytrip.com. I then produced the copy of the mail received from Makemytrip.com and i forwarded the mail to the hotel. Even the next day, when i checked out, they asked me to sign with my telephone numbers so that they can contact me in case they do not get the confirmation from Makemytrip.com. Apart from this inconvenience, the Hotel is doing renovation and there is very loud noise between 9 am and 6pm. The rooms are very old and the standard looks like Two star Hotel.

It was ok but rather shabby.

Nice attractive room. Large bathroom with fine hot shower. Clean, attractive lobby. Check in was fairly quick. Restaurant was ok, but less variety of food (not much Indian option). Bell staff was little bit slow. They took a while to put in the extra bed. Travel desk service was awful.
