The Best part about hotel is: 1. very polite & courteous staff. 2. Excellent location, right outside the lift. 3. Value for Money. All in All, I would definitely recommended this hotel to who is a budget traveller and is not planning to spend all the time in hotel and is more interested in sightseeing. All in all, my experience here was very good and complete value for money!

This is a basic hotel having an advantage of great location. All the important places are nearby this hotel food quality is just average even then I would recommend this property.

Hotel is located on a very famous mall road. so, you can easily find it and condition of the hotel is also fine. View of shimla from hotel window is really very breath taking and beautiful. Hotel services also really very good but one thing that disappointed us is the food of hotel is not really very good.

Room condition is very bad compared to the prices.

Samrat Regency has its unique location on mall road. You will get a nice view of whole shimla from the window of your room. And above all it is situated on mall road, the place for every tourist.
