Nice Hotel, Great service however the rooms needs a little facelight.

This was my second visit to this hotel. I was given a nice room which was very clean and cozy and large. The only drawback was the bathroom which had broken taps, and a leaking sink which had all the water draining on the bathroom floor. The room service menu has changed since my last visit and the prices have increased drastically. The rates are exorbitant for a hotel of this standard, not to mention the added taxes, so it is better to eat out. The breakfast provided was standard.

The room was little small in size. Otherwise the interior was quite good.

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. The first impression was good as the reception, elevator and public areas were very clean and well kept with nice lighting and a beautiful manicured garden. I had booked a deluxe room which was supposed to be on the upper side. My first impression was of grandeur and space. It was a big room with an equally big bathroom with a toilet attached. The room had all the amenities, toiletries, stationery, stocked refrigerator. The room was exceptionally clean and the room service was warm and friendly and very prompt. I was alone and the staff showed much concern in me and enquired what I would like to eat and when I asked for dinner at 9.30 pm it sure came right on time. The breakfast provided was good too. The only negative side was that the rooms need proper maintenance and a little renovation.

Excellent hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Room service was not upto the standard, as a lot of times calls had to be made for simple yet essential things like water.
