Hotel is at good location. Rooms are good. The service at the restaurant is very poor. To get my order took nearly an hour. Even if I had to order it from my room took an hour. When entered the restaurant could hardly see any waiter. If at all there was a waiter he did not bother to come take the order. If the order was taken it took an hour to get. Just for a coffee or tea with egg fry bread. This happened for my stay for all the 2 nights.

Hotel Samraj is well located and services is good. However, their restaurant is average and Wifi was not working during our stay.

Room servic was not up to date,unless you inform them to clean your room then only they would clean. Towels were bit torn up.

The charges are not in line with overall service package. If you spend this tariff, you must get very nice hotel. Good hotel, if there are charging around Rs 1500.

The hotel is good, it is very conveniently located. It is all fine according to me, and is quite worth.
