The experience was excellent but you guys should not keep those blue taxi outside the hotel coz they rob the guest and it looks like it is part of the hotel coz they are in your property. that is the only thing I didn't like abt the hotel . The hotel should keep their car and should keep all tariff the same and it should be reasonable so the guest don't go out and get robbed by these taxi drivers. But overall the best hotel in Mumbai for that kind of a price. Thank you to all hotel staff who served us during our stay.

Hotel Sahil is a very well located hotel in the heart of Mumbai - Mumbai central. For business travellers, it is an ideal choice as Nariman Point, Fort, Worli and Parel - the business hubs- are all within 15 minutes driving distance. The hotel itself is very neat, the staff extremely polite and forthcoming to help and the services are prompt. I tried out their room service, housekeeping (for my laundry) and restaurants and I have to say that I'm very pleased with what I experienced. I will definitely recommend Hotel Sahil to anyone interested in a business hotel with a budget to keep in mind.

The hotel was good value for the money. It was basic, and not luxurious, but clean and nice. And staff was very helpful. The breakfast however was very unexciting food, and not very good.

Location of the Hotel is really very good. Some of the famous Restaurants (Shalimar, Bade Miyan) , Shopping Malls (Orchid - City Centre, Phoenix-Lower Parel), Movie Halls (Metro Adlabs), Railway Station (Mumbai Central, VT), Temples (Mahalakshmi, Siddhi Vinayak), Mc Donalds etc are on 15 minutes drive from hotel. Staff is very courteous and always ready for help. The best part is that all the rooms and lobby is Wi-Fi enabled. Food quality in buffet breakfast & room service is also satisfactory.

The deluxe room selected was a bit smaller than expected, although it was neatly kept, had clean bathrooms and there was courteous staff. An LCD TV was a nice touch but with no English movie channels or any other English entertainment channels which was a damper. The breakfast hall is rather small, so try room service. The food is better and the privacy better. Definitely worth a return stay.

The hotel was located at a very convenient location for my purpose of travel. There is only one lift to service 7 floors. So you have to wait for quite long if the lift is full. Also the lift door opens and closes for the number of times you have pressed the lift button which is quite annoying. I had requested for a late check-out by around 3:00 pm but that was refused and I had to check out by 1:00 pm even though the hotel occupancy was not full. The restaurant is small and only buffet was available at dinner time.

No compromise can be expected on policies like check-in time 12 noon. Complimentary breakfast will be on next day of check-in, whether your flight is at 5:30 am on next day.

Hotel is no value for money. First of all we requested for an extra bed and it was like a stretcher at the hospital I think a child also cannot sleep on that and charged me Rs. 1100. Hotel was too rude to ask money for extra bed on spot in spite of my telling to pay at check out. Air-conditioner temperature control was locked so that we cannot change it. It was truly bad and a disgusting experience. Printer and Business Centre was also not working when we needed.
