Hotel Ruby Reviews, Jaipur

Good.

I am satisfied with the hotel but the location was a bit odd.

It was a nice experience. Hotel Ruby has given me a chance to do more booking by Makemytrip.

Very Good Hotel . The rooms are small but Ok for one night stay in a place like Jaisalmer .

Location was not good

The deluxe room was very smelly

It is good hotel, staff is very co-operative and helpful- great value for money.

The hotel is located at a good location but the services offered is not satisfactory. I checked in the hotel at around 5 A.M. and I asked for the milk to feed my 2 years baby but I was disappointed to know the kitchen is closed and milk cannot be provided until 7 a.m. I was asked to walk around 1.5 kms to get the milk from the shops near bus stand. I asked atleast provide me the access to Microwave so that I can warm the milk I have but they do not have microwave. The room service is not so good they take around 45 mins - 1 hour to serve the food in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to the parents with kids.

It was a pleasant stay there..nice and neat rooms, good restaurant and service. Just the location is bad.

I did not find hotel staff professional at all. For some of the information related to Jaipur, I found them mis-leading me. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
