The hotel has warm staff and is located very close to the Hawa Mahal, it makes for a great walk back and forth within the Pink City. The food in the hotel is just OK , therefore if you plan to eat something - go out. Our room had a fantastic view of the hills/forts right opposite. It will make for a pleasant stay.

Reception service was so poor that they denied check-in. They told us that we don't have any booking in your name. MMT didn't send us any details about your booking.

The Manager & all hotel staff was really very good & cooperative. Breakfast was very delicious. I will again visit in near future with booking through MakeMyTrip.

1. Kitchen service is very poor and it should be improved very soon. 2. Balcony is not there. 3. Food quality should be improved.

Hotel is OK for the cost. No parking although the guards assures nothing would happen to car. Hotels Manager was really friendly and courteous. Leaking geyser and very expensive food and drinks.
