Very comfortable in a reasonable price. I always stay here when in mumbai.

Requested for a pickup at the airport prior to arrival via phone, fax and email, however no arrangements were made for the same - I had to pay Rs.3,000 for pickup and drop off to and from the airport. This is considered false advertisement! The bathroom is not up to standard - the sink has moss around it's rim and brushing your teeth under these circumstance is not only unhealthy but disgusting. The front desk clerk would rather play computer games than give you undivided service when asking for assistance. Most importantly, the hotel is under construction - the construction noise was a little too much as well as having construction workers hanging around the hotel made it extremely compromising and unsafe.
