Room should a little bit more cleaner.

An excellent value for money. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is great. There is a feeling of safety. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The only suggestion I have is simple toiletry items like towel, soap, shampoo, etc. should be provided.

Money value services.

Spacious and tidy rooms...location is the best part...near kemps corner...

There was no arrangement of breakfast even though it was stated on our voucher. Voucher states that morning breakfast is included in the hotel for the price we paid.

It was pretty good. The hotel staff was excellent

Hole in the wall, hard-to-find location, but decent interior. Towels were not changed the next day as requested, and the bathroom is somewhat dingy.

My experience was good. Only issue was, there was some noise in the corridor which is quite common in such budget hotels. Still was a good one for a night's stay.

In look & feel the name is deceptive as we need to hunt for the 'Royal Castle' (hotel) which is located on the first floor. But in service it really pampers you. Major plus point is it's location. The landmark being Campala Hills Hospital. It is a compact yet cozy place. The staff is extra cordial and stretches an extra mile to make you comfortable. Anyone going for a short or long business trip in South Mumbai, please do look at the Royal Castle as a comfortable choice to stay in. It is rightly priced and you are rightly looked after.
