It did not feel like we have come to a Hotel. Joshis are excellent hosts - provide genuine / unbiased advise and take care of all your requirements. I was particularly impressed by the sense of customer service that Joshis have inculcated among the hotel staff. Rose Villa offers rooms that are well maintained & clean, its very close to the tourist destinations, decent restaurants etc. I am very comfortable to recommend Rose Villa to everybody who needs a decent, clean accomodation and excellent service at a reasonable price - the magic combination that is missing in the hospitality industry.

Very nice couple that runs the villa, picked us up from the station free of charge, late check out with no extra to pay, let us sleep in their room when we came early to the hotel!

It is more like staying with your relatives, the warmth of the couple running the hotel makes you forget little things like not very spotless bedsheets or lack of intercom. The staff are very polite and they try their best to make your stay comfortable

This is an excellent hotel. The behaviour of the staff was great. It was like home. Neat and clean, good services.

The lovely hosts, the neat room, and the good price was the highlight. The matron of the house made us dinner and ate with us. She told great stories and was very kind.

Hotel rose villa is amazing; it's a home away from home. Rooms are clean and nice. Owners Mr. Pankaj Joshi and Ujjawala are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was decent given the price it asks for. Hotel room service is not good. Only tea/coffee is served. Overall its a value for money hotel. Room were clean and tidy with a heater as well.
