Hotel Roopa Reviews, Mysore

Hotel Roopa is located at the city center, just a km away from Mysore Palace and KSRTC bus stand. Room service is excellent. Complimentary breakfast is an added plus. They have a very good package of daily sightseeing as well. In a nutshell, it is absolute value for money.

Absolutely poor .

Need more cleaning in bathrooms and more lights in main room since the interior looked dull.

Hotel was good.Service was good.

Good food and friendly staff in the restaurant. City centre. But when we arrived in the hotel at 4PM after a long drive, the person in the reception desk was really irrigative and he was not responding at all. Even he was ready to just give me the key and search my own room. But when I asked for a boy to pick my luggage then he called some boy to take my luggage. He did not even speak to me 2 words and he was quite for almost 15 minutes. In fact he was not even busy at that time as I was the only guest in the reception. I paid 2200 rupees for Deluxe AC room but there was no paper roll in the toilet/bath which I could believe.

Very very bad experience...... had booked 5 rooms for 15 senior citizens and wasnÂ’t provided extra mattress which was promised...... after much argument they came with shabby mattresses and pillows which were without cover..... room service was pathetic, called reception no was ready to answer bells were not at all responded.... staff were careless......... will never recommend it to any1..............

The Hotel Roopa is situated just a stone throw distance from Mysore Palace...the best location. The rooms are cozy, cleaned but too small for a family to stay. Service is good, Breakfast is very good if not excellent. But the Buffet Lunch was pathetic. Non veg was half cooked, very little veg options, food got over, we had to tell for the refilling. Ultimately we had to survive on the Ice creams.

Though the rooms were bit small, it was well maintained. The lounge bar on the roof top was nice.

Hotel Room was little small and bathroom space was also small other wise restaurant's food quality was very good. Location is in city.
