The allotted room was of inferior type than what was selected

Room is not good, rather it is dirty, washroom is not clean, Internet is charging money without telling to the guests, room smell is not good. Not recommended hotel in my list. This is the WORST hotel I ever stayed in.

Hotel rooms are very small if you consider the amount charged by them. My room's wall clock and TV remote was faulty & this was brought to the notice of the hotel staff at least twice but during my 5 day stay it was never replaced. Food item provided at room are overpriced and room service is just average. Staff at reception lacks courteous behaviour. I lost my mobile during my stay however they were least bothered to help me out to lodge a police complaint and allay my anxiety. Some of the rooms are devoid of any windows and those rooms really give you a sickening odour!!! Telephone provided at room failed to make STD calls, I have to ask the reception regarding that, they said 0 dialing will help but call could not be made. This hotel is located in a red light area, gives a very bad impression if you go out at night. Do not go for prepaid taxies at the hotel. Hotel staff may overcharge you. Go for this hotel only if you do not have any other options.

It has been a wonderful trip with stay at Rippon Hotel booked through MakeMyTrip on cheaper rates then normally being charged.

The double room is in fact a 3 quarter bed in a box room and the twin is also tiny. If you are backpacking there is no room to wash/dry anything. Too expensive. Clean though.

The room is badly in need of ventilation but the service is very courteous.

Good hotel with best service.
