The room was old fashioned [supposed to be deluxe a/c] with very old window AC with NO remote control.Window thrmostat not working. Could not use AC as the temp was set very low [cold] . Food OK. Location good.Staff well behaved. No lift. Difficult for senior citizens like us.

Everything was very fine. But during my stay, I was even charged for early check in just for 13 min & also that room was upgraded by hotel & i was charged for the same also.

Being a 2 Star hotel, this Hotel is very good. I am more than satisfied. Service was very good. Hospitality was very good. I am very impressed. Hotel is well maintained

Initially, the room offered was not good. When I brought the condition of the room to the front desk manager, he immediately changed my room. The staff were courteous. The breakfast served was good.

The Pros: Very good location, decent price, very supporting and well spoken staff, good in-house restaurant food. Cons: As it's 25 yrs old hotel, some rooms really need maintainance. In some rooms, AC not working or water leakage, plaster coming out. So check the rooms before you shift. Overall rating: If you find a good new room, it's value for money. Else you can spend few more bucks on a newly built hotel.
