Hotel management is very supportive. Service & food is nice.

The hotel was good from all point of view.

The hotel is located on the main road to the Tajmahal which was our main purpose of visit. So we were happy with the location of the hotel. Service was poor. On check in, we had a person help us with our luggage. I tipped him but he was demanding for more! Room service was totally unacceptable. They did not remove the toiletries/water from the water jug used by the previous guests. AC was a big problem. In the night it was turned off. We did not have any control over it. We had to call the reception by 12 in the night to turn the AC on and to our horror we had to follow up for more than an hour and more than 5 calls and they still did not turn it on. We were tired and went to sleep and finally they turned it in the morning! Food was complimentary as per our booking apparently we had to pay 150 for 2 eggs we ordered apart from the 2 plates of Poori we ordered. All this in just 1 night

It was a very bad experience.Bed sheets were very dirty, bath room was in a very bad condition. Fans and the A/C make lots of noise. Room service was very poor. I do not recomend for stay in this hotel.

Hotel staff is good. Food is good but hotel is not well maintained. Rooms and corridor is smelling. Hotel needs to be clean.

The overall experience was pathetic. The hotel voucher promised pickup and drop from railway station. Upon informing the hotel, the person at the reception responded in a rude manner that pick and drop was not possible after 930 PM in the night as drivers are not available. It was understood that the voucher was available with the hotel in advance to make the arrangement. The room (307) was not maintained properly. The shower did not have hot water supply. The main switch of the room located in the corridor was not working properly. This resulted in sudden power cuts and one had to go out every time to make it work. Only north Indian vegetarian food is tasty. The rest of the cuisines available in the restaurant are not recommendable. The hotel cannot be recommended for holiday seekers.

The hotel is well located with proximity to Taj and Railway station. The cleanliness and hygiene is very poor. The bathrooms are leaking.

No hot water,block drain,broken door latch of bathroom,power flactuation, unplesant smell in hotel corridor and in room. im dams sure if u go to this hotel u will accept all point whihc i have mentioned here.

Room dusty. No maintenance. We get to vomit on entering the corridor. AC no control. Room full of mosquitoes. All handles of tap and toilet door dangerous and come in hand when pulled. Extra bed on floor. TV is very near to bed so had problem while watching. No shops nearby. It was horrible for me.
