It is a good hotel to stay in Shirdi. Close proximity to the temple, complimentary transportation to temple in hotel van for darshan and back to the hotel are the value adds. In fact it is not a single room but two rooms with both having attached bath. The rooms are spacious and well maintained for a hotel in a pilgrim centre where the quality and service levels are generally poor in India. It has a restaurant which is spacious but the foot falls are less and mostly captive for the room occupants. There is no great marketing effort from the hotel management. The food in any of the star hotels in Shridi including Sun n Sand is quite ordinary and this restaurant is not an exception.

Hotel & hotel rooms are pretty nice but services are very slow and they issue only one towel per person for 24 hrs which is very starnge.

Reasonably neat hotel.

My expectations are generally reasonable and I kept holding my guns, but the hotel was overall pathetic to break by patience. Lousy approach road swung by construction, unprofessional reception, no parking for car, lizards in the room, etc. We checked out on same day and headed back home feeling terrible,

Hotel is very good. Due to ongoing constructions there were some limitations. They need to improve on services. The stench of open sewerage was disturbing. I have requested them to look into it.

Overall good.Service was ok. Transfer facility is something which gives compliances.

Location: The Hotel is at a 10 min walking distance from the Sai baba Temple, Since it is not at main road, and there is no near by shops, hence one has to go near temple for purchasing any thing also. Hotel is providing complementary to and fro AC car service from hotel to Sai baba temple. Reception and service: Its reception is not like any star category hotel reception. Complementary breakfast was not included in the plan. Food prices is average. Need improvement in dressing. Room: Room is very big and confortable. My room had 1 entertainment room and 1 double bed room, and 2 bathrooms.

Excellent hotel.Worth the money.They even arrange free pick & drop to the temple at any time of the day.The inhouse restaurant offers excellent dishes even though its a little expensive.

Good hotel, a little expensive but can be compensated if they include breakfast in room tariff

The hotel is not value for money because of the following reasons. The facilities hotel have inside the room is not up to the mark. Example: 1. The bath rooms are not hygienic. The bucket they used in the hotel is not up to the mark. 2. There is no 24 hour hot water supply in the hotel. 3. The hotel staff has not received us properly I feel.
