They had given us a very dirty and 3rd class room. so I am very disappointed.

The hotel was in a mess to say the least about the condition of the room. There was no person in the reception when I tried to check in. I had to literally hunt for the receptionist. There was no register to enter my name and signature. Masons and painters were working both inside and outside the hotel room. The room was splattered with dry paint, even on the wooden walls, on the doors and window, on the carpet and on the furniture inside the room including the phone. I had to clean it myself with a tissue paper. The velvet covered chairs and carpets were very dirty. The tea table had broken and burnt sun mica in several places, the towel hanger in the bath was literally coming off from the wall. There was no water on the first day, the geyser was erratic in functioning. The broken TV (was later replaced) could not be of any use. Even the blanket on the bed was torn in various places. A really shabby experience!
