Stupid food, slow service, lack of parking, stinky.

The hotel staff was cordial and gentle. The tour suggestion and planning was also satisfactory. However, the location of the hotel away from main Shimla makes it little inconvenient for someone who has not come with his own vehicle and is travelling with a family. Also, the room service was pretty slow and used to miss the orders.
