The hotel was just fantastic. Beautiful location, scenic surrounding. Race View is truly a memories unlimited.

Everything is fine but the worst part was not providing extra bed. A full family cannot come on a single bed. One person slept on floor where many insects running here and there. If some infection happens who will the responsible person.

A no-frills set up located quite close to important tourist spots but away from the hustle. The staff were courteous and helpful. Toilet needs attention.

Charged heftly and found nothing for the money. everything from room to service staff were negatively charged. No water from the taps (curtsey to irrelevant maintenance) during peak time.

The hotel's location and view of race course is good. However, the service experience is quite pathetic. Nothing was available in the room without asking. As soon as we entered the room a whole bunch of flies welcomed us. After asking the reception, they sprayed hit and cleaned the room. There were no towels, soap, etc provided. When we asked they sent couple of them. The worst part was the room service. The guys started arguing and saying bad words when i asked for a bottle of boiled water for my small kid. I was even ready to pay for the same but things only moved when i started shouting and making noise. Overall experience was quite pathetic.

It is a good budget hotel at a nice location. Room condition was good but washroom condition was not per standard.

It's an average hotel, no big rooms, lack of cleanliness, had to identify (I spend 30 min to locate it), staff is friendly.

It is situated within 1 km from bus stand, the indoor restaurant is limited to vegetarian food, is good and economical. The hotel staff was very courteous. We went in December during peak winter and there was no carpet on the floor, the paint on the wall was peeling out and falling on the floor. There was shortage of bath towels, and table linen in restaurant was not changed for quite a few days. Overall I would still recommend it as a budget hotel, provided you are OK with putting up with minor hassles.
