The hotel location and services provided by the them are excellent.

The hotel was very easy to locate and the staff at the reception were very helpful and courteous. Hospitality was excellent..even the luggage boys and other cleaning/helping staff or the room service/housekeeping....everybody was very courteous...like this the most. I requested a days extension and got it without much hassle which is much appreciated. Very clean rooms ..food a little pricey but the complimentary breakfast in the adjoining diesel cafe was excellent. The cafe itself has good ambience and good service. All round it was an excellent stay...very good VFM -and definitely recommend to everybody.

Received a warm welcome at reception counter. Luggage was carried efficiently to the room. Room found exceptionally clean and neat. Bathroom was very clean a/c was nicely functioning. Room was provided with literature containing all information about hotel services. Restaurants are too good. Could not finish ordered food though we strongly wished it. Overall happy and enjoyable stay

Centrally located with courtious staff.

We were very happy with our stay of one day and night in the hotel. The hotel did an airport transfer on our request and it was properly communicated with no confusion. The front office staff was helpful and friendly. The room was bright, airy, very clean and nice. We had a good nights sleep. The hot water system was slightly confusing but thats was just a minor problem. The location of the hotel is superb, all pubs, restaurants and sightseeing places were nearby. The hotel itself has a decent cafe where they also have the breakfast. Quite good. Overall very happy and it exceeded our expectations

The location of the hotel is very good & located centrally. The faclities are good having WIFI in room, tea ketly with all arrangement. Food is available. I strongly recomend to avail the services of MAKE MY TRIP.

This hotel is an absolute definition of class, in service & hospitality that gave us a memorable stay. We were on a bike expedition and after covering 400 kms we were ready to crash on our beds. Check in time was exactly 2 mins and 3rd min we landed in the room. I must say that entire staff including reception, service and housekeeping are excellent. Must stay if one goes to Mangalore.
