OK types budget hotel, location wise it is good for business travelers.

The location of the hotel is good however the conditions of the room and in particular toilets were not good. Toilet (at least in my room) definitely require some renovation as well as thorough cleaning. Food was good. Service was quite good. Currently it can be recommended only if male persons are traveling as this doesn't measure up as a Family hotel.

Hotel condition and amenities have to be improved still. No hot water facility but they have provided the same with bucket. Problem with the room phone even after replacement. Room service and restaurant is good. For the rate charged need improvement.

Good location, clean rooms and linen, prompt and responsive service. Restaurant, a bit costly, but food quality is OK. Lift is a bit archaic but works well. Lack of decent parking space.
