Conference/banquet facilities include a well-equipped hall, Harmony, which can seat 45 guests in a theatre style arrangement and a banquet hall with an open terrace, which can accommodate 150 guests. Room Amenities
Hotel President offers comfortable accommodation in 56 air conditioned rooms that are categorized as Super Deluxe, Executive Deluxe and Presidential Suites. Each room is appointed with all modern amenities that include cable television, direct dial telephone, mini refrigerator, sofas with center table, study table, luggage rack and cupboard. In addition to all other amenities, the Super Deluxe rooms have a two-seater dining table while the 5 suites boast of a separate living room and two washrooms. All rooms have attached washrooms that are equally well appointed with amenities like soap, shampoo, shower cap, talcum powder, moisturizer, comb, gargle glass, linen and telephone extension. While hot water is regularly supplied in the morning and evening, it can also be supplied round the clock on request.

Dining
Hotel President has a vegetarian multi cuisine restaurant, Woodlands, which serves North Indian, Chinese and South Indian cuisines besides a range of Continental dishes. The restaurant can seat 74 guests at a time and is open for breakfast (7 am - 11 am), lunch (1 pm - 3:30 pm) and dinner (7 pm - 11 pm). Snacks are served in the restaurant from 11 am to 11 pm. The hotel also offers the convenience of room service which has the same menu and same timings as the restaurant.
