Spacious, well designed and well maintained rooms. Very prompt and courteous room service, excellent food, well mannered and properly trained staff. Just a 10 minutes drive from new Bangalore International Airport make this hotel a perfect place for those who are looking for accommodation near this new airport. Definitely worth the money.

Nice experience.

For us this hotel was ideally situated for an early morning flight. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. The room was clean and of an adequate size. The bed comfortable and we really appreciated the provision of a modem cable to access the internet from our room.The (otherwise modern} bathroom could have been improved by the installation of an enclosed shower cubicle. The restaurant had a limited but adequate menu, but was not air conditioned so there were flies around. Staff were very obliging and willingly prepared breakfast for us even though we went down 15 minutes before official breakfast time. Overall we felt the hotel was reasonable value for money but would not class it as a business class hotel which is how it describes itself.

The hotel reception i think his name was Ravi, was most courteous, the hotel pick up car driver was extremely puntual, well behaved and polite. Room service was able to serve piping hot tea at 1.30 am , 3.00am and 4.30 am. I was surprised that when i was checking out at 5am , already the maintenance staff had water washed the whole entrance driveway etc and were up for the morning, not withstanding the biting chill and cold......... definitely a clean and nice place to stay, the staff should be complemented, including the reservation executive Ramya, who organised the pick up from the airport.
