Hotel staff is very good but hotel is very old.

I got very good response from the hotel staffs and the manager. It is cheaper to get the tickets booked from Make My Trip and I will always book my ticket through them.

No Travel Desk. No Restaurant.Behavior of the staff is satisfactory.

The exteriors are not at all impressive. The interiors possess an pre-historic look. Rooms have not been renovated since ages. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. Pretty close to the railway station and taxi stand. Can get taxi's upto siliguri right in front of the hotel. Service is okay, but no restaurant. You need to inform by 5 in the evening to get your dinner at the hotel.

Hotel more like a lodge...food quality is not good at all. Although location is nice and in easy approach.

I was fully satisfied by the services. A professional manager and a good staff. Can enjoy with them. Very co-operative.

I was very cold though it ought to be but there was no light in the hotel for hours together. Even there was no arrangement for candle light and no concern by hotel staff, indifferent attitude.
