From security point of view like parking this is very well maintained.From reception to Staff on duty they r kind hearted, take extra effort to give service.Quality of food is superb.

The hotel is situated in a plush area. Approach to the hotel is easy. Its about 6kms from city centre, however all required amenities are available next door. On reception I was warmly greeted and was upgraded to a suite (complimentary). The rooms were spic and span and are climate controlled. They are plush and make you feel more than comfortable. The room service was prompt and cooperative. The only sore point in my complete experience was the availability of hot water, but it seems that I was only having problem. Other than that, there were no issues. Mega cab service offers a pickup from the hotel. for visitors traveling to wagah border, since the hotel is bit outside the city limits, the travelling distance to Wagah Border is cut short considerably (30 minutes flat). Food quality is average, however the potions are large. So for a medium bellied person, you can share a plate easily between two. CCD, Barista, Subway and other fast food joints are located within 100m from the hotel.

The location of hotel in a well developed market increases its value. Staff of hotel is good and supportive, and as compared to past there is lot of improvement in all aspects.

Absolutely no hassles with the hotel staff and in room services / housekeeping. The hotel staff were just great. In fact I was not carrying the MakeMyTrip print out due to my booking the hotel just the previous night but no issues as I was ushered in immediately as they would have had clear communication from MakeMyTrip. The hotel is in a good location. The location is neat and decent and you can go for a morning walk if you are a regular. You can expect a simple complimentary breakfast. The taxi arrangement made by the hotel was not good, neither the driving skills of the driver nor the vehicle itself. The air-conditioner broke down in between. Finally though it is mentioned as 4 star hotel, wonder it would even go through 2 star. But it is value for both money and time.

Amazing staff. Free upgrade to a suite added a nice touch. Extremely clean. All day hot water. Maybe a bit on the expensive side but worth it to sleep in luxury.

Good hotel with great service attitude. Excellent staff always ready to help. We checked out and left the luggage with hotel before going to Bagha Border. Hotel provided us a room for sometime in the evening again so that we can refresh and move on to next part of journey. We really appreciate this nice gesture on part of hotel management and staff.

Hotel entrance is small and the carpet at the entry was not up to the standard. Food was good.

The hotel was good. The room was extremely good. One thing I did not like is that they don't accept credit cards below Rs.1000. This was ridiculous. Nowadays people plan their entire trip on credit cards. Rest all was absolutely fine. Car was arranged for sightseeing at a very affordable rate and the staff was courteous.

This is a really nice freindly hotel, very comfortable if a bit less noisy. Food was nice to large portions, and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is located at a good location but the rooms are not of 4 star quality. the room service is very slow. the accessories in the room poorly maintained. even bathroom slippers were out of stock. room was not prepared before arrival even when we checked in aorund 9 pm. the breakfast was also average. only good thing thing was bathroom whch was clean but it doesn't have any ventilator / exhaust. all in all not value for money & actual rating should be 2.5.

Large room with bare necessities. Lobby and Reception area are well designed, while the rooms lack the warm feel. However , the staff at front desk made it worthwhile with their warmth and added value is the good speed of the wifi.

very poor services and food. they are not giving one hour extension from the scheduled time. myself with my 3 year child has to spent three hours in railway station as they have not allowed us extension for one hour. only positive point is rooms are spacious. food quality is very bad and need improvement. services are not professionally managed. when i reached hot water are not coming in the pipe and the freeze is not working. although they claim it as four star it is not even one star also.

The hotel was just average, but it was clean. Hated the practice of putting mothballs in the drain. Lack of hot water a pain. Staff extremely helpful when we had a problem with our booking and air ticket. Many advertised services not available such as fully stocked minibar (fridge empty and off) no bar in building. Did not live up to the promise of its advertised information.

There was a big mouse in my room and i requested for changing my room. The complimentary breakfast did not happen...some last minute changes at the hotel and they booked they restaurant for a party (wonder being told that your breakfast location is booked for a party happening in the evening) - Wrong Decision to stay with Family.

I was totally dissatisfied from this hotel. The Standard 4 Star must be known as 2 Stars. We had booked 2 deluxe rooms. Room No. 1 had defected light for the mirror in the bathroom, toilet paper was very less. The rooms are very noisy (noise from the other guests which stay there). Not all the sockets were working. One side of the bed sheet (double bed) seems to be used from the last guest. I used the other one as I was alone in this room. The cup was very dirty, didn't dare to order the 2nd one. Room 2 (where my sister stayed) had following: A/C could not be switched off in the room. The tea maker was very dirty from inside and was smelling very bad, though, it was changed after claiming this. There was no glass and cup in the room. The remote control of the TV was not working. The breafast Buffet was less warm and poor quality. And not ready in time. The cups were not neat & clean.

I stayed at hotel for one night only against booked 5 nights and before leaving I requested for refund. Hotel kept assuring but did nothing.
